Shipping is FREE if your order is over $50! Use your credit card to purchase from our secured site. Orders are shipped within 24 hours (Monday-Friday). If we are not able to ship within that time, we will notify you by e-mail.

If an item arrives that is not what you expected, you can return it for a full refund. We will replace any defective item. There is a 20% restocking fee for the return of non-defective items. The item must be returned within 30 days in the condition it was received and in its original, unopened packaging. If you like, you can tell us why the item didn't work for you so we can implement corrective action if needed. To return an item, send email to sales@safetysecurity.com to receive a Return Authorization Number for the return. This will insure prompt credit to your account.
